My journey into the world of holistic health began with my own struggles. I spent 14 years in a corporate environment as a nationally ranked salesperson. The demanding work hours, constant pressure to perform, and relentless pace took a toll on my health. Despite being health-conscious and always working out, I battled bloating, painful cycles, unpredictable mood swings, weight gain, thinning hair, and chronic fatigue. It felt like my body was betraying me, and no amount of effort seemed to make a difference.

Desperate for answers, I embarked on a deep healing and educational journey—and what I discovered changed everything. I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, becoming a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). But I didn’t stop there. I wanted to go beyond surface-level solutions, so I pursued advanced training in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition, earning my Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) certification, which allows me to use cutting-edge lab testing to uncover hidden imbalances. I also became a Certified Reiki Practitioner, deepening my understanding of the mind-body connection and energy healing.
